Care: Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotion and perfume. Store safely to prevent scratches or tangling. Clean gently with mild soap, water, and a soft brush, avoiding harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners.

Shipping

Complimentary insured shipping on all US orders via FedEx Economy (5-8 business days). Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is $50 on in-stock items. All shipments fully insured; signature required on delivery.

Returns

We offer store credit (no refunds) for returns within 7 business days of delivery, on in-stock merchandise only. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Special orders and custom pieces are final sale. To start a return, contact concierge@seemafinejewelry.com.

Warranty & Care
