Most custom pieces take eight to ten weeks from first conversation to finished piece. Simpler modifications take four to six weeks.

Tell Us What You're Looking For
Bring a reference image, a rough sketch, or just a description. 'I know what I want but I don't know if it's possible' is one of the most common starting points — and one of the best.

From Concept to Rendering
The concept becomes a detailed CAD rendering. See the piece from every angle before any materials are sourced or work begins.
1–2 weeks for initial concepts.
Step 3
Refine Until It's Right
Review the design. Request changes. Approve the final version. Revisions are built into the process. Nothing moves forward without full confidence in every detail.

Step 4
Built by Hand
The approved design goes to master jewelers. Every custom piece personally inspected before delivery. Every stone GIA or IGI certified. Every piece backed by a lifetime warranty.
8–10 weeks fully custom. 4–6 weeks for modifications.
Step 5
The Finished Piece
The completed piece arrives fully insured with certification and care instructions. Pick it up at the Frisco showroom, or have it shipped anywhere in the US.
