Refund policy
We offer store credit for returns within 7 business days of receiving your item, on in-stock merchandise only. We do not provide free return shipping labels, and all returns must be shipped to our address. Any repairs needed will be completed before the item is shipped back to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at concierge@seemafinejewelry.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to ship your item. Please do not send your item without first requesting a return, as it will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as personalized items or special orders)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Pierced earrings
Special orders and custom pieces are non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a new purchase once your return is processed for store credit. Special orders and custom pieces are not eligible for exchange.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it was approved. If approved, you will receive store credit. Please note, no refunds will be issued. If a repair is needed, we will complete it before shipping the item back to you.
