You have a 2-hour window during business hours to modify or cancel your order. Contact our team immediately with your order number.

After the 2-hour window, changes depend on order status. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate. Once shipped, modifications and cancellations are not possible.

Yes. Gift cards are available at seemafinejewelry.com and can be sent directly to the recipient via email.

We offer Shop Pay installments at checkout, which allows you to split your purchase into monthly payments.

Economy (5-8 business days) is complimentary on all US orders. Expedited shipping (1-2 business days) is $50 on in-stock items. All shipments are fully insured for the full value of the merchandise, and a signature is required upon delivery.

We ship to the US, Europe, and Asia. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page once your order ships. Tracking information is also available in your account order history.

Yes. Every shipment is fully insured for the value of the merchandise, and a signature is required upon delivery. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately and we'll initiate a claim with the carrier.

We offer store credit (no refunds) for returns within 7 business days of receiving your item, on in-stock merchandise only. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Special orders and custom pieces are non-returnable.

Custom and personalized pieces, sale items, gift cards, and pierced earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return the original item and place a new order once store credit is issued. Exchanges are available within the return window, except on special orders and custom pieces.

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at concierge@seemafinejewelry.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly. This is separate from our return policy.

Diamonds one carat and above are certified by GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute).

Yes. We work exclusively with trusted suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process, which certifies that diamonds are sourced from conflict-free origins. We've maintained these supplier relationships for over twenty years.

We work primarily in 14K and 18K gold (yellow, white, and rose) and platinum. Metal type and karat are listed in the product details for every piece.

In-stock pieces are ready to ship within 48 hours. Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you once you place your order, typically shipping in 4-6 weeks. Both are built to the same quality standard. Product pages indicate whether a piece is in-stock or made-to-order.

Yes. Our Neetu Collection features lab-grown diamonds, offering the same brilliance and quality at a more accessible price point. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to natural diamonds.

Yes. Custom design is one of our core services. From engagement rings to milestone jewelry to cultural pieces, we design and produce bespoke work for clients across the country.

It starts with a consultation, either in person at our Frisco showroom or virtually. We'll discuss your vision, preferences, and budget. From there, we move through design, stone selection, approval, and production. The full custom process typically takes 8-10 weeks from consultation to delivery.

Pricing depends on materials, stone selection, and design complexity. We're happy to discuss budget during your initial consultation so we can guide you toward the best options for your vision and price range.

Yes. We work with client-provided stones and can incorporate heirloom materials into new designs. We'll assess the stone during your consultation to ensure it's suitable for your intended setting.

You approve every design before production begins. We work through revisions together until you're happy with the final design. Production only starts after your approval.

Every Seema piece carries a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects, normal wear and tear, and lost stones. Accidental damage is not covered. Your first resize is complimentary within 30 days; please note eternity bands cannot be resized. For a repair or claim, contact concierge@seemafinejewelry.com.

Store pieces individually in soft pouches or lined boxes to prevent scratching. Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes. Clean gently with a soft cloth. For diamonds and precious stones, periodic professional cleaning keeps your pieces at their best. Contact us for care recommendations specific to your piece.
