Step 1
It Starts with a Conversation
The first conversation is about vision. Bring a Pinterest board. Come with nothing but a feeling. After twenty years of bridal work, 'I'm not sure what I want' is one of the best starting points.

Step 2
Finding the Right Stone
Every diamond is GIA or IGI certified. See stones side by side. Watch how they perform in different light. Learn what matters for this specific ring, and what doesn't. Natural and lab-grown options, with honest guidance on both.
Often part of the first consultation. Custom pieces may involve a dedicated stone selection session.
Step 3
Seeing It Before It's Made
Custom designs take shape as detailed CAD renderings. Review the design from every angle. Request changes. Approve the final version with full confidence. Revisions are built into the process. Collection pieces can be modified too — different metal, stone size, engraving.
1–2 weeks for initial design. Revisions until it's right.
Step 4
Brought to Life
The approved design goes to master jewelers. Every custom piece is personally inspected before it ships. Fully insured delivery with GIA or IGI certification and lifetime warranty.
8–10 weeks custom. 4–6 weeks made-to-order.

The Finished Piece
Planning a surprise? Timing, alternative addresses, and holding until the right date are all part of the process. Fully insured shipping anywhere in the US.

Custom engagement rings typically range from $3,000 to $20,000. Most clients invest between $5,000 and $10,000. Lab-grown diamonds offer the same brilliance at a lower price point, all certified.
