What is a diamond station necklace?

Seema's run 0.30 to 2.06 carats total across roughly eight to twenty-five stations, set in 14K and 18K gold, with diamonds available lab-grown or natural.

Can you wear a station necklace with a pendant?

Yes, and it is one of the easier pairings. Wear the station necklace at 16 inches as the upper layer and hang a pendant on an 18 inch chain below it, so the two do not compete. Keep the pendant simple if the stations are diamond, since both pieces are already reflecting light.

What are the colored stone stations made from?

Onyx, malachite, turquoise, lapis and mother of pearl, all natural stones, inlaid into 14K yellow gold and made in Italy. They come as round clover stations, heart stations and rectangular station bars, usually on an 18 inch chain. Colored stone stations are opaque, so they read as blocks of color rather than sparkle.

Does a station necklace need to be sized to me?

Usually not. Station spacing is designed around a standard 16 to 18 inch length, and many pieces adjust within that range, so the same necklace works across most necks. If you want a longer length, the stations are respaced rather than simply stretched, so ask the team before ordering rather than shortening a chain later.
